Swyft Property Care (SPC) exists to be an extension of an apartment building’s on-site team. SPC is designed to help property owners and managers maintain functional, attractive, and well-occupied properties with ease. By providing reliable maintenance, rehab, HVAC, and lawncare services they reduce the stress of property upkeep, ensuring spaces remain in excellent condition for both owners and tenants.

Administrative Assistant

Swyft Property Care has an immediate opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The key responsibilities include dispatching, scheduling, quoting and pricing HVAC related jobs, and ordering parts when necessary. The Administrative Assistant will communicate with HVAC technicians, assist with vendor credentialing, and help onboard new customers and employees. Additional duties include managing business licenses, processing ACH payments, along with other administrative responsibilities as directed by department managers or the Business Development Manager. During peak months of the summer, the role primarily focuses on scheduling and dispatching HVAC Technicians.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.

**Base Hourly Rate: $21/hr to $25/hr**

Experience & Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to pass a criminal/driving record check
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Positive References
