Axiom Property Management, based out of Kansas City, is an owner/operator in the multifamily industry with more than 20 properties in the Kansas City market.

Community Manager
Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Community Manager to join our team in the Shawnee Mission, KS area. Some of the duties include but are not limited to the general oversight of two apartment communities totaling approximately 100 units. The responsibilities include managing income collection, resident relations, marketing, and administrative duties that are involved in the day-to-day operations of the community, among other things.
**Salary based on experience**
Experience & Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of multi-family experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of property manager experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Expert Yardi user a plus
- Valid Driver’s License
- Positive references
